An impactful documentary film consists of 3 main parts:
- Credible interviews with knowledgeable people (or your “talking heads”).
- Appealing, graphic/video images (like B Roll and lower third titles).
- An engaging music score that complements each scene.
I’m very proud of the Because of Sam soundtrack that’s comprised of originally composed, inspirational songs; instrumental music beds (meaning pieces of music that aren’t complete songs); and a clip of a classic rock song.
